South Australian satellite manufacturer Inovor Technologies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japanese space technology company SpaceData Inc. to explore new commercial opportunities in Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and Space Domain Awareness (SDA).

South Australia is continuing to grow its space industry capability with eight locally founded startups selected to take part in this year’s Venture Catalyst Space program.

A new program designed to accelerate entry into South Australia’s growing space and defence sectors will launch this July, equipping researchers, engineers and aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools and connections to turn ideas into viable ventures.
